八、教學(xué)流程:
1.Warm up and Revision 通過Chant 復(fù)習(xí)舊知,激情導(dǎo)入新知。
2.Presentation and Practice 通過“摩爾莊園”闖關(guān)游戲,教授并操練所學(xué)新知。
3.Production 讓學(xué)生在Hide and Seek活動中進行語言實踐和輸出,將所學(xué)知識融入生活。
4.Sum up 師生共同小結(jié)本課知識要點,布置課后作業(yè)。
九、教學(xué)過程(本課教學(xué)時間為30分鐘):
Step 1:
Warm up and Revision (時間預(yù)設(shè):3分鐘)
。 1)Free talk with the students: I was fat then. Now I’m thin. He was short then. Now he’s tall. (課件出示圖片。)
。2) Chant: Now and Then.
I was fat then. Now I’m thin.
He was short then. Now he’s tall.
You were fat then. Now you’re thin.
We were short then. Now we’re tall.
【設(shè)計意圖:通過課前談話和chant復(fù)習(xí)be動詞的一般過去時態(tài)was, were的用法,并進行人稱轉(zhuǎn)換練習(xí)。chant明快的節(jié)奏激發(fā)了學(xué)生的興趣,為后面的新授內(nèi)容做鋪墊!
Step 2:
Presentation and Practice (時間預(yù)設(shè):17分鐘)
。1)課件出示摩爾莊園闖關(guān)游戲,進入The First Stage: Quick Mouth ( Say quickly and correctly. ) (5分鐘)
T:Wonderful! Boys and girls. Look, this is a beautiful supermarket. Let’s go shopping, ok? Now, you’re on the first floor.
通過評價欄引出生詞first, floor,板書并教讀生詞。(強調(diào)發(fā)音規(guī)則,升降調(diào)讀,小組讀,開火車讀)
T: Well done! Were you on the first floor?
S: Yes, we were.
T: Were you on the second floor? (板書,教讀second)
S: No, we weren’t. / Yes, we were.
通過男女生問答,同桌問答等方式快速操練以上問答句。
【設(shè)計意圖:通過孩子們喜聞樂見的摩爾莊園闖關(guān)活動讓他們明確學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)和目標,極大地激發(fā)了他們的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。Quick Mouth環(huán)節(jié)擴大了操練的面和量,起到提高課堂效率的效果!
。2)The Second Stage: Bright Eyes ( Look and remember.) (4分鐘)
T: There are so many things in the supermarket. Let’s see where are they? (課件閃現(xiàn)圖片milk, book, pencil-box, hamburger...然后迅速消失。)
T: Do you know where they were then?
學(xué)生回想: The...is on the...floor.(快速搶答)
【設(shè)計意圖:通過多媒體課件吸引學(xué)生的注意力,訓(xùn)練他們的觀察力和記憶力,讓學(xué)生在有趣的活動中進行語言實踐和運用。】
T: Our friends also go to the supermarket, too. Let’s see where they were.(課件閃現(xiàn)本課有關(guān)人物,然后迅速消失。)
S1: Was he / she on the ____floor?
Ss: Yes, he / she was. / No, he /she wasn’t.
引出本課四會句型Was he there? Yes, he was. / No, he wasn’t.
板書并操練句子,然后讓學(xué)生上講臺操縱課件,以生生互動的方式進行語言實踐。
【設(shè)計意圖:通過課件演示,使學(xué)生易于理解如何運用be動詞過去式引導(dǎo)的一般疑問句進行交際,降低了學(xué)習(xí)難度。同時體現(xiàn)了以學(xué)生為主體的原則,激發(fā)了他們的主動學(xué)習(xí)意識!
。3) The Third Stage: Big Ears ( Listen and find.) (8分鐘)
T: Look at Daming’s mother. She is very worried. She can’t find Daming. 教師帶讀worried,find,強調(diào)字母i的不同發(fā)音。
T: Let’s help her to find Daming.
課件呈現(xiàn)課文對話,學(xué)生聽音并通過pair work完成選擇題
1. Sam and Mr. Smart were on thefirst / second floor .
2. Daming was / wasn’t on the first floor.
3. Daming was on thefirst / second floor .
4. Ms Smart and Amy were on thefirst / second floor .
5. The CD is for Daming / Daming’s mother.
T: This CD is a present for Mother’s Day. Daming is a good boy. When is Mother’s Day? (課件出示The second Sunday in May is Mother’s Day.)Father’s day is coming soon. Do something for your mother and father, please! (教師進行德育滲透。)
