　　T:Is it a Chinese holiday?

　　S:No.

　　T:Yes,it’s a Western holiday.（教師領(lǐng)讀，提問What’s Christmas?讓學(xué)生用此句回答。）

　　在學(xué)習(xí)這個(gè)詞時(shí)教師可提出問題：When is Christmas?

　　2.出示課件中的節(jié)日?qǐng)D片，復(fù)習(xí)中國(guó)的特殊節(jié)日。（Children’s Day, Teachers’ Day, National Day）

　　T:Today I bring some pictures,through these pictures,can you guess What holidays they are?

　　S:It is _____

　　T:I like National Day. Because on a holiday, I don’t work, Do you like it?

　　S:Yes.

　　T:Why?

　　S:Because we don’t go to school.

　　單詞Holiday的教學(xué)，采用拼讀教學(xué)和開火車等的教學(xué)方式。

　　3.通過課件，引出本課的另外幾個(gè)重要單詞Christmas tree, lights,Santa.再提問Christmas is special.Why?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出Because we have Christmas tree, lights and Santa.

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：通過圖片的清晰和直觀展示，使學(xué)生能形象、生動(dòng)準(zhǔn)確的理解單詞的意思，熟練運(yùn)用句型。

　　三、分析課文，剖析重點(diǎn)。

　　1.展示圣誕老人圖片，提問Who is Santa?學(xué)生采用小組討論的方式尋求答案，得出結(jié)果。

　　Santa is a merry man in red clothes.

　　He brings gifts on Christmas.

　　We can call him Fathers Christmas too.

　　2.通過課件錄音了解：What is Christmas?學(xué)生根據(jù)探究找到答案。

　　3.課文中的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容剖析。教師提問，學(xué)生分組歸納總結(jié)。問題

　　What can you see on Christmas?

　　Why is Christmas special?

　　When is Christmas special?

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：學(xué)生通過課件中的語(yǔ)言、畫面的描述，能夠熟讀課文中的重點(diǎn)句子，自然表達(dá)出本課的內(nèi)容。

　　四、歸納總結(jié)，延伸拓展。

　　1.聽錄音，再次熟悉課文，進(jìn)行聽讀訓(xùn)練。

　　2.將學(xué)生課前收集的有關(guān)圣誕節(jié)的祝福語(yǔ)做以歸納，出示課件，列舉平時(shí)最常見的一些祝福語(yǔ)，課后讓學(xué)生自己動(dòng)手制作圣誕賀卡。（知識(shí)的延伸拓展，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力，加深課文的理解。）

　　3.小結(jié)和練習(xí)，鞏固所學(xué)內(nèi)容。
