　　A gown is a fancy dress. (禮服)

　　A kimono is a beautiful gown worn by Japanese women.. (和服)

　　Some people wear pajamas to bed at night. (睡衣)

　　A raincoat keeps you dry when it rains. (雨衣)

　　Sandals are open shoes worn in warm weather. (涼鞋)

　　A slipper is a casual shoe worn around the house. (拖鞋)

　　A sneaker is a type of shoe used for many sports. (運動鞋)

　　A vest is a sleeveless piece of clothing that is usually worn over a shirt. (背心)

　　A suit is a set of matching clothes. (套裝)

　　An undershirt is a shirt that is sometimes worn under clothes. (汗衫)

　　People wear underwear under their clothes. (內(nèi)衣褲)

　　六、教法建議：

　　一）詞匯教學方法

　　Wonderland中服裝類的單詞對學生來說并不陌生，所以教師不必一個一個地教，可以讓學生以小組為單位進行互學。然后根據(jù)小組的英語水平，抽取部分的單詞進行造句或整和已有的語言知識編寫對話，使詞匯教學更具有靈活性、趣味性和自主性。

　　The red blouse is hers. Mine is blue.

　　– What can I do for you?

　　– I’d like a tie.

　　--What colour is your shirt?

　　-- It’s grey.

　　-- What do you think of this blue one？

　　--It’s so nice. How much is it?

　　--200 yuan.

　　--Ok, here’s the money.

　　--Thank you.

　　二）句型教學方法

　　Farmland中的重點句型是：Whose … is this/that? It’s… Whose … are these/those? They’re…教師可通過游戲來幫助學生操練，提高熟練程度，并使句型教學更具趣味性。

　　Memory game: Show a picture of some famous persons wearing all kinds of clothes. Have students observe it for one minute. Then show another picture which only these clothes can be seen and ask the questions: Whose…is this/that? Whose… are these/those?

　　三）課文教學方法

　　Grand Theatre中的對話主要是圍繞著裝展開的，所以在引入對話前，可給學生一個主題讓學生自由討論，如：What clothes do you wear in winter? What clothes do you wear in summer? Have you got a school uniform? Do you wear it every day? Do you like jeans? What clothes do you like best? Why? 討論后再引出課文，從情感和知識上為課文學習做好鋪墊。
