　　Step1 Greeting and review

　　1.Greeting

　　2. Show a map of the world. Teacher asks some questions about the map to review.

　　Step2 Presentation:

　　T: I love China. China is a beautiful country. The U.S., the U.K., Canada and Australia are beautiful, too. I want to go on a trip to a beautiful country. Do you want to go with me? Let’s take a plane. Please close your eyes. Ladies and Gentlemen，歡迎乘坐一小五三次航班。請大家坐好，系好安全帶。飛機即將起航。本次航班的目的地是一個既美麗而又古老的國家。一會兒我們可以從高空看到它的全貌。這個國家的地圖看起來就象一只正在吃蘿卜的小兔子。

　　Step3：New Concept

　　1. T: Now open your eyes, please. Look！ What is it? This is a map of the country. What country is it? （出示英國地圖，并教授the U.K.和the United Kingdom。）

　　2. 各位乘客，飛機即將在London機場降落。大家馬上就可以開始英國夢幻之旅。祝大家旅行愉快。Now we are in the U.K.

　　T: what do you want to know about the United Kingdom? Ss say it in their own group, and say it out in the class. such as : the capital city, language, position, the U.K.’s flag and others. Teacher helps students know about the U.K..

　�。�1）Beijing is the capital city of China. This is the capital city of the U.K. （指向英國地圖上倫敦） What is the capital city of the U.K.? Can you say it in Chinese or in English? London is the capital city of the U.K.. （introduce London to students）
